MOSCOW, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref is set to visit India Saturday to sign a protocol to formalize the completion of bilateral talks on Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the ministry's press service said.

Gref is expected to sign the protocol February 6 during a meeting with Indian Minister of Commerce and Industry Kamal Nath.

During his three-day trip, the Russian minister is expected to meet with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, as well as with Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dayanidhi Maran, and Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram. Gref will also visit a technology park in Bangalore, the country's IT capital, and meet with company executives.

Of the 58 members of the Working Party on Russia's accession to the WTO, Russia has yet to conclude bilateral talks with three countries, the U.S., Australia and Colombia.
