Lucia Montanaro-Jankovski of the European Policy Center said energy partnership with Russia had long been a key issue for the EU, and would remain so, as it meets the interests of both sides.
Although oil production is higher than demand, fuel prices are continuing to rise, Christof Ruehl said at an international conference on energy security in Moscow. He said countries are replenishing their reserves to use or sell later. 
"If we start assembly-line production of NPPs, it will be a clearly controllable process, restricted in time, which will lead to unification of nuclear-reactor parameters and reduce expenditures," Kovalchuk said. 
"The Iranian side has confirmed its readiness to continue talks with Moscow on establishing a joint venture to enrich uranium [in Russia] for Iran's energy needs."
"In a letter, Milosevic expressed concerns about some methods used in his treatment, which he said had harmed his health," Lavrov said.
Gazprom will post exports of $33 billion this year, and is looking to up its capitalization by almost 50% in the next few years, the natural gas giant's deputy board chairman said Monday. 
"We are highly disappointed with Tehran's conduct during these talks," Sergei Lavrov said. "Iran is absolutely failing to help those [parties] who are seeking peaceful ways to resolve this problem." 
"We [Russia] are deeply concerned that Riga and Tallinn continue to praise Nazi collaborators on the one hand, and persecute anti-fascists, war veterans, and those employed by Soviet-era law enforcement agencies on the other hand, " government daily Rossiyskaya Gazeta cited Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Yakovenko as saying.
