"Is it not odd that one suspect committed suicide in The Hague prison and another died of what was reported as a heart attack?"
Lavrov said Russia and Syria backed Iraqi efforts to gain full control of the country, adding that foreign support could be of assistance, especially from neighboring countries, the Arab League, and the UN Security Council.

Lavrov said he hoped Western politicians, who had welcomed the new Ukrainian measures, agreed with Moldova, would understand the real situation.
"A tank battalion will be equipped with 31 T-90 tanks," Colonel General Vladislav Polonsky said. "Another battalion will receive T-72 tanks that have been modernized to the level of T-90 tanks."
