Militant detained in Nazran

NAZRAN, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - Law enforcers detained a participant in an illegal armed unit in Nazran, the former capital of Ingushetia, the Ingush Interior Ministry said Saturday.

"Adam Gaisanov, a resident of Nazran, was detained in a special operation," a ministry spokesman said. "An F-1 grenade and 900g of plastic explosives were discovered in his house."

He said the militant was suspected of being involved in terrorist attacks.
