An Iranian delegation arrived in Moscow Wednesday to hold talks on the country's controversial nuclear program with Russian and EU representatives, Iran's foreign minister said.
"We discussed supplies of military equipment to Iran, including the Tor M1, in the framework of bilateral cooperation, but it does not fall into the category of strategic weapons," Army General Yury Baluyevsky said after talks in Moscow with NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe General James Jones.

The U.S. deputy secretary of state on Wednesday called for all countries to sever nuclear ties with Iran, including construction of a nuclear power plant at Bushehr being built with Russian help.
The June session of foreign ministers of the Group of Eight industrialized nations will cover topics including Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, the Middle East and Africa, the U.S. under-secretary for political affairs said Wednesday.
The deputy foreign ministers of all five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany voiced concerns Tuesday over the lack of positive Iranian response to a UN demand it end uranium enrichment by late April.
