MOSCOW, May 7 (RIA Novosti) - Forty-six out of fifty-one bodies that have been recovered at the site of an air crash off Russia's Black Sea coast that left 113 people dead Wednesday have been identified, the transportation minister said Sunday.

"By today, 46 out of 51 bodies that have been found have been identified," Igor Levitin said. "34 of them are citizens of Armenia and 12 are citizens of Russia," Levitin said.

A search operation for the plane's flight recorders is continuing on the Black Sea near the Russian resort city of Sochi. Flight recorders or black boxes are seen as the key to discovering the cause of the tragedy. Experts say the plane parts discovered at a depth of 680 meters (2,230 feet) Thursday could contain the black boxes.
