Warlord Abdul Khalim Saidullayev killed in a special operation Saturday was planning large-scale terrorist acts in Chechnya, the prime minister of the North Caucasus republic said. 
Abdul Khalim Saidulayev who called himself the president of Ichkeria, the name militants use for Chechnya, was killed in a special operation Saturday, Chechnya's prime minister said. 
Russia's Communist Party intends to cover all the country's settlements with its influence, the party's leader said Saturday.
"Threats and challenges facing Asian countries today do not allow us to be idle," Putin said. "We should do a great deal together and the Russian side is ready to take a most proactive part in this work."
