KALININGRAD, June 20 (RIA Novosti) - One person is believed to have been hurt after a fighter plane caught fire in Russia's exclave in Europe, the head of the local emergencies service said Tuesday
Alexander Kulchitsky said a Su-27 Sukhoi Flanker had caught fire during refueling at the Chkalovsk military airport in the Kaliningrad Region.
"According to preliminary information, one person was hurt," he said.
Senior officers from the Baltic Fleet are at the site of the accident and Kulchitsky said the fire would soon be extinguished.
