Relations between Russia and the European Union will dominate the agenda of talks between Finland and Russia that start Tuesday in Moscow, the Finnish foreign minister said.
More than 400 domestic and foreign arms manufacturers will participate in an international arms exhibition to be held in the Urals region next month, a local industry official said Tuesday. 
The U.S and Georgian presidents will discuss resolution of "frozen conflicts" in Georgia's breakaway South Ossetia and Abkhazia regions at a Washington meeting July 5, the White House said Monday.
President Vladimir Putin will hold his first meeting with Italy's new Prime Minister and former European Commission chief Romano Prodi, who arrives in Moscow at his invitation Tuesday, a Kremlin official said.
