Members of the Russian parliament's lower chamber said Wednesday they believed that an "orange" coalition in neighboring Ukraine would not improve relations with Russia, and would ultimately lead to Ukraine's demise. 
Shareholders of steel giant Arcelor will meet Thursday with the chairman of Severstal [RTS:CHMF], a top Russian steelmaker, to discuss revised terms for a proposed merger, the Russian company said Wednesday. 
Russia's Stabilization Fund will top 4.065 trillion rubles ($150.31 billion) in 2007, a source in the Finance Ministry said Wednesday.
