Russia-Ukraine gas agreements are a purely bilateral matter, a Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman said Friday. Mikhail Kamynin's statement came after U.S. Ambassador in Ukraine William B. Taylor offered to help Ukraine on Wednesday, if it decided to review its gas deals with Russia. 
Atomstroiexport, Russia's nuclear power equipment and service export monopoly, said Friday it had started preparing for the launch of a water demineralizing system at the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran.
