Alexei Mordashov, the owner of Russian steel company Severstal, could make another bid for world no.2 Arcelor, the head of the French Assembly's economic affairs committee, said Wednesday. 
India and Russia are set to foster oil and gas cooperation and will soon announce about new projects, an Indian government statement said Wednesday.
"We have addressed the corresponding Iraqi services and the leaders of the international coalition led by the U.S., which is still in Iraq, to take urgent measures to identify the criminals, detain them and bring them to justice," Sergei Lavrov told Russian TV channels.
