MOSCOW, July 3 (RIA Novosti) - More than 300 residential buildings and a hospital were left without electricity after a fire broke out in a power cable hub in northeast Moscow, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Monday.
"The operation of four power supply substations was disrupted. Electricity supplies were stopped to 349 residential buildings," the ministry said.
Firefighters are trying to extinguish the blaze.
