MOSCOW, July 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree establishing a federal agency to provide of state-of-the-art medical assistance, the Kremlin press service said Tuesday.
The agency is designed to develop new methods of diagnosis and treatment and provide assistance in conducting complex medical operations, making them more accessible to the public.
The agency will answer to the Health and Social Development Ministry.
