MOSCOW, July 10 (RIA Novosti) - Nobody on board a Navy Tu-134 plane carrying Navy Commander Vladimir Masorin has been hurt when one of the aircraft's two engines caught fire during take off at an airport in Crimea, a source said Monday.
Air traffic control officials said the incident at the Gvardeisky airport near Sevastopol was an "air accident."
The Black Sea Fleet headquarters later said Admiral Masorin and a group of Navy officers were on board the plane returning from submarine rescue exercises in the Black Sea.
