PARIS, September 5, (RIA Novosti) - Four Russians were killed in a road accident in France Tuesday, the Russian Embassy in Paris said.
"We can confirm that four were killed and 30 wounded," an embassy spokesman said.
The crash occurred 70 kilometers (45 miles) north of the capital, Paris. He said that a consular group has arrived at the scene.
A Paris-bound bus carrying a group of Russian nationals collided with a truck at about 2:15 p.m. GMT.
A local official said about 40 people were injured. Some of them are in serious condition.
He said the weather was sunny at the time of the accident, adding that heavy traffic could have been a factor in the crash.
