Vladimir Mikhailov said the exercise, scheduled for October 19, will bring together Air Force units from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, and that about 100 aircraft will be involved.
