Armed guard wounded in Moscow attack

MOSCOW, December 15 (RIA Novosti) - A group of unidentified assailants attacked and robbed an armored car in southeastern Moscow, wounding an armed guard, a police source said Friday.

"The incident occurred at about 16:00 Moscow time (13:00 GMT)," the source said. "The assailants attacked a vehicle carrying cash, and wounded one of the cash delivery staff."

The source said police have launched an investigation into the incident.
