MOSCOW, March 5 (RIA Novosti) - Six people died in a blaze that swept through an apartment building in the city of Ivanovo, in Central Russia, a representative of the Emergency Situations Ministry said Monday.
"The fire broke out Monday morning in an eight-story building. Firefighters managed to put out the fire in four hours. Six bodies were pulled from beneath the rubble," the spokesman said.
Rescuers continue to sift through the rubble.
