MOSCOW, January 10 (RIA Novosti) - Police caught a man carrying 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of TNT in Moscow's Rizhsky train station, a law enforcement source said on Thursday.
The man was apprehended on leaving the station's baggage room on Wednesday. The explosives were seized, and he was arrested.
An investigation is underway.
