MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti) - Seven people have been killed and five injured in a traffic accident involving three vehicles near Moscow, a police officer said on Friday.
"The crash occurred near the town of Golitsyno, 46 km (about 29 miles) west off Moscow," an officer said. "A Slovak national driving a Volvo truck swerved into the oncoming lane after colliding with a KamAZ truck and crashed into a minibus."
The minibus driver and six of his passengers, all Uzbek citizens, died immediately. The other five passengers were hospitalized.
The accident occurred at around midnight. The cause of the crash is being investigated, police said.
