Russia and Cuba need to rebuild trade ties that were severed after the fall of the Soviet Union, a Russian minister leading a delegation to Havana told the Prensa Latina news agency on Thursday. 
Russia's international reserves reached $506.8 billion as of March 28, up by $4.6 billion against $502.2 billion on March 21, a Central Bank spokesman said on Thursday.
