MOSCOW, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - Three people have been killed and one injured in a helicopter crash in the Perm Territory in Russia's Urals, the company that owns the helicopter, Gazpromavia, said on Wednesday.
"We confirm that three people - two crewmembers and a passenger - have been killed and another passenger has been injured," a spokesman for Gazpromavia said, adding that the passenger was taken to hospital.
The Mi-2 helicopter carrying four people lost contact with air traffic control earlier on Wednesday. The wreckage was later found some 16 kilometers (10 miles) south of the village of Kalino, near Perm.
A spokesman for the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said the helicopter crashed after colliding with electric power lines. Earlier reports said all four people on board the helicopter had survived the crash.
