MOSCOW, June 27 (RIA Novosti) - A bank security van was held up in southern Moscow early on Friday in a brutal attack which left one security guard dead and another in a coma, a police source said.
Robbers took money bags from the vehicle and fled the scene in a black car, presumably a BMW, which was later set on fire.
The total amount of stolen cash is currently being established.
The injured guard was rushed to hospital and is reported to be in a coma.
Investigators are working at the crime scene.
