Motor Sich, Ukraine's largest manufacturer of aircraft and rocket engines, has offered Russia to manufacture a new engine for Russian cruise missiles, the head of the company said on Saturday. 
Sergei Bagapsh, the leader of Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia said on Saturday that Georgia had plans to attack and invade the region in April-May this year.
