Presidential envoy Latyshev dies of heart attack - Kremlin

MOSCOW, December 2 (RIA Novosti) - Pyotr Latyshev, the Russian presidential representative to the Urals Federal District, has died at the age of 61, the Kremlin press service said on Tuesday.

"The cause of his death is thought to have been a heart attack," the Kremlin said.

Latyshev was made a presidential envoy in May 2000.
