MOSCOW, February 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will export nuclear materials, technology and equipment to India for use in nuclear power plants as long as they are under the guarantee of the international nuclear watchdog (IAEA), the Kremlin press service said on Thursday.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree amending the 1992 nuclear export control regulations.
The press service did not say when the decree was signed.
It instructs the Russian government to bring all the relevant procedures and regulations in line with the new decree.
