NOVOSIBIRSK, June 11 (RIA Novosti) - An Aeroflot flight was forced to carry out an emergency landing in Novosibirsk, West Siberia, early on Thursday due to a cracked windscreen, a local transport police spokesperson said.
None of the six crewmembers and 116 passengers travelling from East Siberia's Irkutsk to Moscow on board the Airbus-320 jet were hurt, Tatyana Sherstova said.
The incident occurred at 8:27 a.m. local time (01:27 GMT).
Officers of the West Siberian Transport Investigations Directorate have been summoned for a pre-investigation check.
