MOSCOW, August 2 (RIA Novosti) - Five people were killed and one injured in Russia's Volga city of Kazan on Sunday morning when a car drove into a stationary tow truck, local police said.
"An illegally parked car was being lifted onto a Kamaz tow truck, when a Kia car with six people inside crashed into the truck at high speed," a police officer told RIA Novosti.
"As a result, the driver of the car and four passengers died on site. One other passenger was hospitalized," he said.
The truck driver was not injured in the accident. A group of investigators are working at the scene.
