
MOSCOW, September 7 (RIA Novosti) - Four people died and six were injured in a pile-up involving seven cars in southeast Moscow during the night, traffic police said on Monday.
The accident occurred on the Volgograd Prospect, on a bridge.
"Soon after midnight, a Mercedes drove into the incoming lane and collided with four cars, after which two other cars crashed into them. As a result, the Mercedes burst into flames," a traffic police spokesman told RIA Novosti.
Traffic in the area is restricted, and the incident is being investigated.
