Putin to 'reach agreement' with Medvedev ahead of 2012 polls

MOSCOW, September 11 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Friday he and President Dmitry Medvedev would come to an agreement before the 2012 presidential polls and would not compete with each other.
"There will be no competition; we will reach an agreement because we are of the same blood and of the same political outlook," Putin said, answering a question from Nikolai Zlobin, Senior Fellow and Director of the Russia and Asia Program at the World Security Institute in Washington, D.C. at the Valdai Discussion Club.
