One dead as car plunges into river in Moscow northeast

© RIA Novosti. Valeriy ShustovMOSCOW, October 31 (RIA Novosti) - One man was killed on early Saturday morning, when a car fell into the Yauza River in the northeast of the Russian capital, a police source said.
According to the source, some 20 minutes after the midnight the car drove through a barrier on Russakovskaya Embankment and plunged into the Yauza River, which is a left tributary of the Moscow River.
"The car was raised by a crane from the water and a dead body was discovered inside the vehicle," he said.
