MOSCOW, October 31 (RIA Novosti) - A drunk passenger forced a Lufthansa airliner en route from Munich to Tokyo to make an emergency landing in Russia's Far East city early on Saturday, a Russian air traffic control source said.

"An A340 with 304 passengers on board bound from Munich to Tokyo made an emergency landing in Khabarovsk due to an improper behavior of one of the passengers," the unidentified official said giving no further details.

He said the plane continued on to Tokyo after about an hour on the ground in Khabarovsk with all the passengers on board, including the troublemaker.
