A Moscow investigator has been arrested on the charges of extorting a $15 million bribe from a businessman, the Investigative Committee said on Sunday.
Police will use video cameras to monitor the entire high-speed rail route from Moscow to St. Petersburg in northwest Russia, following a recent bomb attack, which killed 27 passengers, a police official said on Sunday.
Russian rescuers have pulled four people from rubble in the quake-hit Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince, in the last twenty-four hours, a spokeswoman for the Russian Emergencies Ministry said on Sunday.
