Russian President Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Russian Federal Protection Service to resolve the issue.
A Russian blogger wrote that he spoke with Medvedev about the issue at Krasnaya Polyana winter resort near the Black Sea and complained about restrictions on professional filming.
There are no restrictions for non-professional personal photo shots on the Kremlin's territory, however, there are certain limitations on photo cameras. Special permits are needed for professional photo and video shooting.
