Russia does rule out additional sanctions against Iran

Iran’s nuclear program: civilian purposes or nuclear weapons?

President Dmitry Medvedev does not rule out new sanctions against Iran, his spokeswoman said Tuesday.

"The international community should be convinced that Iran's nuclear program is of a civilian nature, but in case these commitments are not fulfilled, no one can rule out the use of [additional] sanctions," Natalya Timakova said.
