A mass brawl involving approximately a hundred people, half of them students from African countries, broke out in the Russian Volga city of Nizhny Novgorod.
The conflict between two small groups of African and local students began in a cafe. It grew out of hand when both sides called their friends for help.
"Some 50 Africans and the same number of local residents were involved in the brawl," a police source said.
Though empty bottles and baseball bats were used in the fight, only one person was taken to hospital with a head injury.
