Medvedev says control over inflation is Russia's top priority

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday control over inflation was Russia's top priority.

"For us the inflation control issue remains the most important," he told an International Economic Forum in St Petersburg.

Medvedev said the government Russia has managed to "kill" the inflation to 8-9 percent.
