Russian government submitted an agreement on notifications of ballistic missiles and carrier rocket launches signed with China to the lower house of parliament for ratification, State Duma's official website said.

The agreement was signed on October 13, 2009 in Beijing.

The interstate agreement aims at creation in the countries relations of a mechanism of bilateral notification of ballistic missiles and carrier rockets launches.
