At least four people were killed on Thursday in a blast at a market in the capital of Russia's republic of North Ossetia, Vladikavkaz, a spokesman for the Investigative Committee of North Ossetia said.
A source from the republic's police said a car had detonated at the market.
"There is a second car that may contain explosives. Evacuation has begun [from the market]," the source said.
