Russian space freighter blasts off for ISS

Russia's Progress M-07M cargo spacecraft on Friday took off from the Baikonur space center for the International Space Station (ISS), mission control said.

Russia's Progress M-07M cargo spacecraft on Friday took off from the Baikonur space center for the International Space Station (ISS), mission control said.

The launch was originally set for Wednesday, but was delayed due to bad weather conditions.

The freighter is expected to dock with the ISS on Sunday.
