Inteko, the construction company owned by billionaire wife of sacked Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, has dismissed another media attack against it as "repeated lies."

Gennady Terebkov, who heads the company's communications department, said Cap Affair-3 broadcast by Russia's federal TV channel NTV on Friday just repeated the earlier "false" reports against Luzhkov and Yelena Baturina.

"Such NTV programs remind of TV series which will last until somebody orders them," Terebkov said.

In the Cap Affair, its title a reference to the mayor's famous black cap, NTV TV channel accused Luzhkov and his wife Yelena Baturina of large-scale corruption. Baturina, rated the world's third richest woman by Forbes, filed lawsuits against the channel.

She accused the channel of providing inaccurate information that she allegedly lobbied the much-debated decision to build the new Moscow-St.Petersburg highway through the Khimki forest north of Moscow.

Baturina also demanded the channel to retract its assumption that Inteko used the Moscow city budget funds to build roads to its construction sites.

The second lawsuit by Baturina is aimed against the channel's weekly summary news program, which alleged that the Moscow government bought a land plot from Baturina at an unreasonably high price.
