Billionaire presidential candidate Mikhail Prokhorov said that if he wins the election he might name former Russian Finance Minister Aleksei Kudrin or jailed tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky as his prime minister.
“I have a candidate for the post of prime minister. I even have several candidates. One can be voiced right now - Aleksei Kudrin,” Prokhorov said on Echo Moskvy radio.
He added that he had not discussed the matter with Kudrin yet.
Khodorkovsky is another potential prime minister in a Prokhorov presidency.
“There definitely may be a place (in the government) for Khodorkovsky, including as prime minister,” Prokhorov said.
Prokhorov also said there could be a job for Oksana Dmitrieva, who is a State Duma deputy for the Just Russia party. In the late 1990s she headed the Labor and Social Development Ministry for several months. She currently sits on the Duma's budget and tax committee.
Former Kremlin deputy chief of staff and current Deputy Prime Minister Vladislav Surkov might also join a Prokhorov government. “I would entrust North Caucasus issues to Vladislav. That is where his talents could be deployed.”

- rochefortfrancoisGet a real job!01:46, 18/01/2012I don't trust this guy...neither the other opportunist. I only trust Putin!
- ArmenianPutin is Russia's only choice03:38, 18/01/2012Is Russia turning into a monkey circus yet again? The Russian people have only one realistic choice in politics today, and that is Vladimir Putin. Until the Russian state develops true national institutions that act as catalysts for the nation's political processes, its people must rely on patriotic men like Putin, Ivanov, Medvedev, Rogozin and Lavrov.
PS: In any developed nation, men like Khodorkovsky and Berezovsky would be tried and convicted for high treason. - RizaAfghanhmmm06:18, 18/01/2012Khodorkovsky to be a PM...
More likely i can see Khodorkovsky became a stripper in jail hahaha LoL
Mikhail Prokhorov, please stop dreaming. you even don't have 1% chance to win the presidency. Just go and run your Super markets and oil business ;) - lmLet all the women he had come forward and tell the other side of him that he does not want get out…08:55, 18/01/2012What a joker brain storming with all kinds of possibilities playboy turn so called Politian, maybe the women he had should come forward and speak what he did to them bad.
It is clear the West and the opposition does not want Putin, the opposition as no valid reasons other than envy for Putin and should not be miss guided by few political spontaneous people in the streets.
The West knows full well with Putin at the helm they cannot walk over Russia or break up Russia as they had hope.
