MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti) - Investigators in Altai Territory, south Siberia, are studying a video which appears to show several drug control service (FSKN) officers use profane language and provoking a car driver, the Investigative Committee said on Thursday.

A Barnaul city resident told local media that on March 11 several drunk men dressed in Federal Drug Control Service uniforms had insulted and provoked him, and backed his claim by posting video from his car camcorder on the Internet.

The footage appears to show the car owner being unable to drive out of his courtyard, with his exit blocked by an FSKN four-by-four vehicle.

The alleged incident took place on the day the service celebrated its tenth anniversary.
