Moscow July 30 (RIA Novosti) - On August 1, you can see a live broadcast of a full solar eclipse on en.rian.ru
An online broadcast of a full solar eclipse
The total eclipse will begin in northern Canada at 13:21 hours Moscow time. The full eclipse of the Sun can be seen in Nizhnevartovsk at 14.31 hours Moscow time, in Novosibirsk at 14:45 hours Moscow time, and in Barnaul at 14:48 hours Moscow time.
Full solar eclipses were observed in Moscow on August 11, 1123; March 20, 1140; June 7, 1415, and February 25, 1476. In the Moscow Region, one was observed on August 19, 1887.
On August 1, 2008, residents of Moscow will be able to watch a partial solar eclipse during which the Moon's shadow will hide about half of the Sun.
