MOSCOW, September 14 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow court said it had postponed the hearing on the appeal filed by former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business partner Platon Lebedev until 2 pm Moscow time (10 am GMT) Wednesday.
The court said prosecutor Dmitry Shokhin and Khodorkovsky's lawyer Genrikh Padva had provided conflicting documents.
The court read out a document, which said Padva had been taken to hospital. Shokhin argued that Padva's hospitalization had been planned and was not the result of an emergency.
