MOSCOW, November 1 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's IBF and WBO World Heavyweight Champion Wladimir Klitschko (51-3, 45 KOs) will a hold title defense bout against Hasim Rahman of the United States on December 13 in Germany.

The 32-year-old Ukrainian, who lives and practices in Germany, was initially scheduled to fight Russia's Alexander Povetkin (16-0, 12 KOs), but the bout has been cancelled as the Russian suffered an injury last week during running practice.

The bout promoters decided not to cancel the challenge fight in Mannheim, Germany, and reached on Friday an agreement to replace Povetkin with two times heavyweight world champion Rahman (45-6-2, 36 KOs).

Currently the entire range of heavyweight championship titles belong to boxers from the former Soviet Union - while Wladimir Klitschko hold the IBF and WBO titles, his older brother Vitali Klitschko holds the WBC champion's belt and Russia's Nikolai Valuev is the WBA champion.
