Liverpool will sign CSKA Moscow star and Serbian international Milos Krasic this summer, a Belgrade-based sports daily claimed on Wednesday.
The Sportski Zurnal paper said that Krasic, 25, had signed a preliminary contract to join the Merseysiders after the World Cup finals in a deal worth 12 million pounds.
Krasic has been linked with a number of top European clubs, including AC Milan, Manchester City and Arsenal. He has scored 4 goals in this Champions League campaign, helping the Moscow club to the knockout stages, where they face Sevilla.
The attacking midfielder has been with CSKA since 2004, winning the Russian title in 2005 and 2006.
Fellow Serbian international Milan Jovanovic is also set to join Liverpool this summer, the paper said. Jovanovic, 28, will leave Belgian club Standard Liege on a free transfer.
