Jakub Krako finished the men's event at the Whistler Creekside with the gold medal some 0.21 seconds ahead of Spain's Jon Santacana Maiztegui and about 2.3 seconds ahead of Gianmaria Dal Maistro of Italy.
Henrieta Farkasova was the fastest of women to slide the Whistler Creekside leaving Austria's Sabine Gasteiger with the silver medal and Viviane Forest of Canada with the bronze.
With a total of three gold medals, Slovakia is in the eighth place of the unofficial medals standings, while Russia with 6 gold, 6 silver and 3 bronze medals keeps the solid lead.
