Libya: civil war, intervention or?

The UN Security Council voted unanimously on Feb. 26th to impose sanctions on the Libyan authorities. But a full-fledged scale civil war has every chance of becoming reality there soon. In this respect, the prospect of a humanitarian intervention is being repeatedly discussed.
